Yoga
and Affirmations

It is a
wonderful experience to start off your day practicing yoga.
It will enhance your experience if you combine your postures
with some affirmations that are meaningful to you. The affirmations
that you use must be appropriate for your life situation right
now. By doing this you will open up your personal pathways
to the experiences that you are wishing for. What a glorious
experience yoga is and it is enhanced by the use of your personal
affirmations.
State
your affirmations in the present tense as if it has already
occurred
State your affirmations often and combine them with your breathing
Inhale stating to yourself your affirmation and as you exhale
let the universe do the rest
Here are some examples of affirmations that I have stated
in the past.
I am thinking
positive thoughts and saying positive affirmations as I am
taking steps toward success.
I am more organized doing one task at a time.
My good thoughts and good actions produce good results.
I am blessed with right thoughts and good actions.
Thoughts of courage kindness and goodness crystallize into
habits, which solidify into your success.
